Audit Program (ISO 17021-1:2015, Clause 9.1.3)
The audit program covers the full certification cycle, including:
- Audits required for initial certification, surveillance, and recertification,
- Audit objectives, scope and criteria,
- Frequency and methods (on-site/off-site, remote, etc.),
- Audit team competence,
- Client locations,
- Consideration of changes (scope, processes, size, complexity, legal/regulatory, etc.),
- Integration of multiple management systems (if applicable).

Departments in Initial but not selected for SV1 will be assigned to SV2 automatically.
