Job Title: Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the sales strategy for certification services in line with company targets and applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 20000-1). The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract closure, in compliance with accreditation and impartiality requirements. Key Authorities Approve sales proposals and quotations within delegated limits. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients in accordance with company policy. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. Supervise and lead the sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to promote certification services for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000-1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract signing. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, accreditation, and impartiality requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of certification standards, market trends, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the technical and audit teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee and guide the sales team, providing training and support as needed. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management. Participate in relevant meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in certification, testing, inspection, or related industries. Demonstrated experience with B2B sales and knowledge of ISO standards. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic planning and leadership capabilities. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
