Job Title: Auditor Department: Certification Reports To: Certification Manager / Lead Auditor Job Summary The Auditor is responsible for conducting management system audits at client organizations in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 27001:2022, and ISO 20000-1. The Auditor assesses the effectiveness and compliance of client management systems, prepares audit reports, and provides recommendations for certification, recertification, or improvement. The role ensures impartiality, confidentiality, and adherence to accreditation and company requirements. Key Authorities • Plan and execute assigned audits independently or as part of a team. • Collect, review, and verify objective evidence during audits. • Prepare and submit audit reports and findings. • Recommend certification, recertification, or follow-up actions based on audit results. Key Responsibilities • Conduct on-site and remote audits of client management systems against relevant ISO standards. • Prepare audit plans, checklists, and schedules in advance of audits. • Gather and analyze objective evidence through interviews, observations, and document review. • Identify nonconformities and areas for improvement, and discuss findings with clients. • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate audit reports in a timely manner. • Follow up on corrective actions and verify their implementation as required. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure impartiality, objectivity, and confidentiality throughout the audit process. • Participate in auditor training, calibration, and continuous professional development activities. • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, Information Technology, Food Safety, or a related field. • Certification as an Auditor or Lead Auditor for relevant ISO standards is highly preferred. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in auditing management systems. • Strong knowledge of management system standards and audit methodologies. • Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills. • High attention to detail and impartiality. • Good time management and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and audit management tools.
