Job Title: HR Manager Department: Human Resources Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager ensures a positive, productive, and compliant work environment that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and values. Key Authorities • Approve recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures. • Authorize employee disciplinary actions, promotions, and terminations. • Approve payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. • Manage the full recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified talent. • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development programs. • Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance issues. • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality. • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and ISO standards as applicable. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. • Lead HR-related audits and support external audits by certification and accreditation bodies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is preferred. • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a service or certification environment. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • High ethical standards and strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
