Job Title: Finance Manager Department: Finance Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Job Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. The Finance Manager ensures the company’s financial health, supports strategic decision-making, and guarantees compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Authorities • Approve financial transactions within delegated authority limits. • Authorize preparation and submission of financial reports and statements. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure control. • Recommend financial strategies, investments, and cost-saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial stability. • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation. • Coordinate and oversee internal and external financial audits. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards. • Advise management on financial planning, risk, and investment opportunities. • Monitor and control expenditures to optimize cost-efficiency. • Supervise and develop finance team members. • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders as required. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly preferred. • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a service-related or certification environment. • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles and accounting standards. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
